Kyushu), Ryukyu Is., Philippines, Sumatra, Java, Bali, Borneo, Lesser Sundas, Sulawesi, Moluccas, islands in the Indian Ocean including the Cocos Is. (Keeling Is.) and Christmas Is., New Guinea and adjacent is., Bismarck Arch., Solomon Is., Australia (except the Bight in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland (Cairns Esplanade), New South Wales, Victoria and e.
