S. Mexico through Central America to c. South America;
(1) S. Mexico (Veracruz, n. Oaxaca, Tabasco and Chiapas), Belize (Blue Hole National Park) and Guatemala to Nicaragua.
(2) Honduras to Costa Rica, Panama and nw. Colombia.
(3) Nw. Colombia from the upper Sinu and Lower Magdalena Valley s. to Valle and ex. nw. Venezuela (Perija).
(4) E. Colombia from Boyaca and Casanare and along the Orinoco (ne. Guainia), Venezuela (Carabobo to Sucre, nw. Zulia, Tachira, n. Amazonas and Bolivar), Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana through Amazonia to e. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia (La Paz, Santa Cruz), c. and e. Brazil s. to c. Mato Grosso and n. Maranhao.
