(1) N. Mexico (c. Sonora and s. Tamaulipas) s. to w. Panama.
(2) E. Panama, Colombia, w. Ecuador, Venezuela, Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, Brazil (Bahia), se. Peru (banks of the Tambopata River, Madre de Dios, Puno) e. Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and n. Argentina (Tucuman, Santiago del Estero, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires).
