Andes to Meta and Boyaca), Venezuela, Trinidad and e. of the Andes in Ecuador, e. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia (Pando, Beni, La Paz, Santa Cruz), Brazil (Bahia (Carinhanha, and Monte Pascoal)) s. to Mato Grosso and Sao Paulo and n. Argentina (Salta, Jujuy, Tucuman, e. Formosa, Chaco and Misiones) and w. of the Andes s. to w. Peru (Cajamarca and Lima). West Indies:
