Range
C. Central America;
Fragmented distribution, but precise distribution of races is not known;
(1) W., c. and E. Mexico (s. Nayarit, s. San Luis Potosi and s. Tamaulipas).
(2) S. Mexico (only known from the type locality of San Gabriel Mixtepec, sw. Oaxaca).
(3) Sw. Mexico (Michoacan, Guerrero and w. Oaxaca).
(4) Highlands of c. Mexico (Chiapas) to El Salvador and c. Guatemala.
(5) Highlands of c. Honduras.
